Garden Thoughts & Spirit Flow

Garden Thoughts & Spirit Flow

There’s something about the in-between that holds power.

This space right now—post-foundation, pre-launch—is like the breath before the seed breaks open. It’s not quite the beginning, and yet it’s brimming with beginnings. It’s the sacred pause. The holy inhale before the exhale moves into motion again.

I’ve been moving, building, stretching… weeks of laying foundations, sorting funnels, copy-pasting, editing pages, scripting lessons, syncing systems. I’ve poured myself into the bones of this vision—and it’s beautiful to see it take form.

But now…
Now my soul wants to breathe.
Now my fingers long for dirt more than a keyboard.
Now my spirit is whispering, rest is sacred too.

The garden is calling me.
Not just as a task—but as a teacher.

Every seed I’ve planted in the soil mirrors something I’ve planted in my life. And none of it grows on my schedule. None of it blooms through force. It grows because I let it. I nurture it. I trust it. And I step back when it's time to let the earth do what only the earth can do.

That’s where I am today—learning to trust the timing of all things.
Letting go of the fear that says, “If you stop, you’ll fall behind.”
Because I know now: creation isn’t only what happens at the desk.

Creation is also what happens in silence. In the body. In the breath. In the moment.

Sometimes healing happens not in the doing, but in the space between.
Sometimes Spirit speaks not through checklists and strategy, but through the slow dance of sunlight on leaves and wind on skin.

So today, I honor the rhythm.
Today, I write not to teach, but to feel.
Today, I garden not to produce, but to ground.
Today, I create not for launch, but for life.

Because this—this space—is part of the dream.
The sacred pause. The recalibration. The thank you.
The living prayer.
The whispered yes to the creative unknown.

And maybe… just maybe… this is what living the awakened life really looks like.

Working with the earth. Creating when called. Resting with no guilt.

Trusting the seeds. Trusting the process. Trusting myself.

Journal Reflections:

Title: "Tending the In-Between"

  • Where in my life am I being called to pause—not out of avoidance, but reverence?

  • What “seeds” have I planted in the past season that now require patience and trust to grow?

  • How do I personally define rest as sacred—and what resistance arises when I try to honor it?

  • What rhythms does my body crave today, and how might I honor them gently?

  • What might Spirit be trying to teach me in this stillness?

Embodiment Practice:

Sacred Grounding: “The Garden Within” (15–20 minutes)

This can be done in your garden, on your porch, in a nearby park, or simply with a plant by a window.

1. Set the tone.
Light a candle or take a few intentional breaths. Say aloud or silently:
“I open to the wisdom of the in-between.”

2. Connect to your body.
Place one hand on your belly, one on your heart. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly.
Feel your body soften with each breath. Release any mental pressure.

3. Tune into nature.
If you’re outside, touch the earth. Notice one plant or tree nearby. Observe its presence.
If inside, notice the leaf pattern of a nearby plant. Feel its life force.

4. Whisper a blessing.
To the earth, say: “I trust the timing of all things. I let go of forcing. I surrender to flow.”

5. Journal or simply rest.
Afterward, allow yourself to write, nap, or simply be.
The pause is the prayer.
